United Airports of Georgia continues to enhance passenger services at Kutaisi International Airport by introducing high-tech and modern service standards. Another large-scale project currently underway at the airport is the VISA Business Lounge.
The construction of a two-story lounge is in progress and is expected to be completed by the end of November. Once fully equipped with all necessary inventory, the lounge will start operating in December, offering passengers a brand-new service at the airport.
Designed in a modern, minimalist style, the business lounge will be located in the departures hall (restricted area), spanning 270 square meters across the first and second floors. It will accommodate up to 70 passengers simultaneously.
For the next five years, Kutaisi International Airport’s business lounge will be branded in VISA’s colors and concept. The lounge will be managed directly by United Airports of Georgia. The total investment in the project exceeds 1 million GEL.
According to United Airports of Georgia, the entry of another international brand into Kutaisi International Airport marks a new stage of development, enabling the airport to attract full-service airlines and, at the same time, meet the needs of passengers with diverse profiles and expectations.
