Regardless of whether you are taking a domestic or international flight, you and your baggage are subject to airport security control. There is a strictly defined list of items that are allowed on the plane. Hand luggage and checked baggage are inspected using a detector and, in some cases, more thoroughly. This procedure is necessary to detect substances and items that may pose a threat to passengers, the aircraft crew, or the safety of the aircraft.
Sharp objects can only be transported in checked baggage.
Liquids (including gel, cream, paste) allowed in hand luggage on the plane must not exceed 100 ml per container.
During the security check, you may also be asked to remove your shoes and belt.

- Air guns and CO2 guns, including pistols, rifles with rifled barrels, and ball-bearing guns.

- Bows, crossbows, and arrows.
- Spearguns and harpoon guns.
- Slingshots and catapults.
- Stun guns, such as stun pistols or stun batons.
- Weapons designed for animal stunning and animal killing.
- Chemical substances, gases, and aerosols causing temporary incapacity, such as pepper spray, acid spray, tear gas, and animal repellent aerosols.
- Cutting items, such as an axe, hatchet, and butcher's knife.
- Ice picks and pickaxes.
- Safety razor blades.
- Any type of knife and scissors.
- Sharp-edged or pointed oriental martial arts weapons.
- Swords and daggers.
- Crowbar.
- Drilling devices and drills, including mechanical portable cordless drills.
- Tools that may be used as weapons, such as screwdrivers or chisels.
- Any type of saw (mechanical, portable, cordless).
- Soldering tools.
- Wrenches and nail guns.
- Baseball and softball bats.
- Clubs.
- Oriental martial arts weapons.
- Ammunition.
- Detonators and fuses.
- Detonators and igniters.
- Replica or imitation explosive devices.
- Mines, grenades, and other explosive military stores.
- Fireworks and other pyrotechnics.
- Smoke canisters or smoke cartridges.
