Upon arrival in Georgia, passengers of international flights must go through customs and immigration control.
If your baggage requires declaration, you must contact the Revenue Service office located in the arrival hall.
lolGoods subject to declaration:
- Food products with a total value of 500 GEL and a total weight of 30 kg;
- Goods (excluding food products) with a total value of 3,000 GEL and a total weight of 30 kg;
- 400 or more cigarettes, or 50 cigars / cigarillos, or 250 grams of any type of tobacco;
- More than 4 liters of any type of alcoholic beverage;
- Weapons and explosive materials;
- Medications and psychotropic substances;
- Antique items and works of art;
- Toxic substances;
- Plants and animals (including products of animal origin);
- High-frequency radio devices and communication equipment;
- Radioactive material (appropriate certificate/permit is required);
- Cash (in national or foreign currency), checks, or other valuable
- papers with a nominal value of 30,000 GEL or more.
The Customs and Revenue Service is located in the arrival hall.
